There are no limits to joining our Team on the grounds of:

Age – If you have the ability to do the job then you are old enough. If you can still switch on your computer then you are not too old.

Religion – What we do doesn’t offend any religion we know of and all religions teach HONESTY - which is a primary requirement of our organization.
Sexual Orientation – We believe sexual orientation is a matter for the individual and so long as you don’t harm people – particularly children – we consider this is none of our business.
Current Wealth – financial position or credit rating – If you are "The Right Stuff” it doesn’t matter if you own your own business, work for a living or get by on Welfare. We all have to start from somewhere.

My friend discovered the amazing First Principle, upon which everything else is based, in a very old book in a certain library in London, England where he was researching quite a different subject.
We know this sounds corny but ideas have to come from somewhere. Where are you likely to get world changing ideas - a library or a deli?
Recognizing the potential of the information he had found he covered his tracks, returned home to the "Good ol' US of A", and brought in two friends of which the Author is one.
We then worked out between us how to apply this First Principle to the modern business world.
The Author's task in all this was to write the Web Copy to explain everything in simple terms - so if you don't understand anything its my fault. Don't worry, you can get any questions you may have answered by return of email.
Then other ideas grew out of the First Principle.

It seems that a book written around 700 years ago in Spain by a member of a certain money-wise ethnic group has laid for all that time either unread or misunderstood. Or maybe it hasn't....
A Secret Library
We think the First Principle might be behind the success of some of the Banking Cartels and Multi-National Companies you hear of in the news.
You might have heard the name of the man who wrote the book outlining the First Principle if you read philosophy or politics at school but we aren't going to make it public as the First Principle appears in one of his less well known works and we don't want any more competition.
(We might not be as smart as this old guy but we ain't fools)
The First Principle could have been used to make almost limitless fortunes at any time in the last 700 years, and maybe it has.
With the dawning of the IT Age and the Internet the First Principle can be leveraged to collect money honestly from an almost infinite number of happy customers - and very quickly too.
The 80/20 Rule:
There is a principle you will come across again when you join our Team.
It is called “The 80/20 Rule”.
This rule states that of any random group of people presented with an opportunity only around 20% will take action while the remaining 80% will do nothing – they don't have what it takes to be successful.
Also, of any random group of people, 20% will be earning 80% of the income.
The 20% are the Lions and the 80% are the Antelope.
This is just how people are.
Think about that:
The Lions are not the brightest or the best educated
(Though they might be the bravest)
- But they do get nearly all the rewards
They are quite hard to tell from the remainder except for two things:
Lions will put in effort now for reward a little way in the future and
Lions have the self-determination to act on their own opinions and decide for themselves; rather than asking workmates, friends and family to make their decisions for them.
